FAQ

How does the student admission process work?

The student admission process has 3 phases, which are described in Admitting New Students.

Our website contains most of the information about the College, as well as a VIRTUAL VISIT to our facilities. If you would like to visit or speak to one of our sales assistants, please contact us by email: geral@colegiodovale.com or by phone: 212979650.

There is no deadline for PRE-REGISTRATION, however, taking into account the demand for the various levels of education, we recommend that it be done as soon as possible. At any time, the process may be considered closed, depending on the number of candidate students.
The PRE-REGISTRATION form is individual, so you must fill out one for each student to be registered.

Submission of the pre-registration form, as well as the entire first phase of the admission process, is free of charge.

Moving on to the second phase of the process requires a payment of €100:

- if the College confirms the vacancy, this amount will be deducted from the registration fee;

- if the College does not confirm the place, this amount will be refunded;

- if the candidate withdraws this amount will not be refunded.

The main objectives of the interview are:

• present the School’s Educational Project: the main strategic options in the teaching-learning process; the main projects and programs;
• present the School’s Internal Regulations and operating rules;
• get to know the student, their path and assess the real possibilities of them having a good integration in the School;

• clarify all doubts raised by the student and their respective guardians so that they understand whether Colégio do Vale meets their pedagogical and operational expectations as an educational context and thus make a more informed decision about the School for their students.

The student's presence at this stage of the process is mandatory and must be accompanied, preferably, by both parents and/or guardians.

There are several criteria to take into account when admitting new students. The interview is just one of them. To find out more about them, see ADMISSION CRITERIA.
